This is Regarding a Job Opportunities with One of the Japanese Automobile Oem Mnc Company Based At Delhi / Ncr in Hr Dptt for Training & Development / People Development / Learning & Development.

position : Sr. Manager (people Development)
educational Qualification: Mba/ Pgdbm Full Time with Relevant Experience & from Reputed Institute.
experience: 12 to 16 Yrs (worked with Medium to Large Scale Set Up in Training & Development)
industry Preference: Any Manufacturing Industry
job Responsibility :
- Assist the Departmental Head in the Execution of Overall Activities.
- Meet Managers of Different Business Areas and Facilitate Training Need Identification Process Based On Projected Deliverables, Competition, and Developmental Needs.
- Develop/upgrade New Training Programs or Modify and Improve Existing Programs.
- Develop Testing and Evaluation Procedures for Both Trainers and Training Programs.
- Evaluate Instructor Performance and the Effectiveness of Training Programs, Providing Recommendations for Improvement.
- Actively Contribute in the Design and Execution of Training Programs for Associates and Managerial Cadre.
- Streamline the Trainers Database By Capturing and Maintaining all Relevant Information.
- Plan, Develop, and Organize Training and Employee Development Programs, Using Most Appropriate Method of Delivery such as Classroom Training, Demonstrations, On-the-job Training, Meetings, Conferences, Action Learning Projects and Workshops.
- Devise Roi Methodology to Measure Training Effectiveness.
- Conduct Periodic Feedback Sessions with Employees/ Participants to Capture Highlights of a Training Program.
